Two floor Fitout of a new call centre and offices St Leonard's with services support.

Construction Features

Level 2 (1200m2) involved 120 workstations, break out areas, offices and high technical comms room including U.P.S The U.P.S covers 40 mins of back up power supply, in addition Intact Projects Pty Ltd supplied and installed a diesel generator back up unit which had to be craned into the building to Level 10 and also included the construction of an acoustic enclosure around the generator.

The B.M.C.S programming and sequencing was highly technical as it involved specific sequencing to ensure adequate power was available for start-ups of power, lighting, mechanical ventilations etc to effectively operate both etc to effectively operate both floors on a standard alone basis floors on a standard alone basis Level 1 incorporated call centre space, corporate conference / meeting rooms on raised timber flooring with operable walls, break out areas and servery over 1100m2
