Project Description

Two floor Fitout of Gartner's new corporate office located in North Sydney

Construction Features

Imported wall finishes with selected stone and polyurethane in reception area.

Level 8:- workstations, break out areas, offices, comms room, telemarketing suites

Level 9:- Reception, Breakout, Meeting Rooms, Board Room

Level 9 client area is separated via acoustically treated operable walls which provides flexibility to increase and decrease these areas as required.

A feature installation to this client area is the Audio Visual Installation, which controls AV in all rooms either independently or in sequence with each other.

Although this project required high quality and specialised finishes the entire project was completed in eight weeks.
