Project Description

Follow on project from the original 5000m2 make good, alterations to stairwell and security upgrade. Over 3000 people enter and exit this area daily so egress and access had to be panned very carefully. All Occupational health and safety plus egress issues were taken into account.

Project Outline

Works required increasing a suspended floor slab while matching existing terrazzo and also new carpet..

The alterations were designed to increase the effectiveness of the security surveillance in the foyer area as it is a very high traffic zone and a crucial security surveillance point.
