Services - Construction Management
Intact Projects provides a construction management delivery method option to all our clients.
This delivery method is suitable to clients who have a limited budget and wish to maintain control on their finances throughout the construction phase.
The contractual application identifies each trade sub-contract and their individual quotations, confirmation of their individual contracts and variation costs as and when they come to hand.
The Construction Management delivery method maintains a single contact point via our Project Manager - and payments to each sub contractor can be made directly and or via Intact Projects.
Intact Projects projects will maintain the following services:-
- Maintain & Update actual & overall project costs
- Submit tender packages to nominated building contractors / suppliers
- Develop & Coordinate engineering services consultants
- Prepare and submit submissions to council for DA / CC approval
- Assess tender results and provide recommendation
- Coordinate documentation with specialist consultants
- Review & update construction programmes
- Prepare & Maintain all OH&S Site conditions
- Prepare & Maintain all EH&S Site conditions
- Site Co-Ordination
- Quality Control
- Sub Contract Payment Certifications
Intact Project's Fees are variable with this service and are calculated on a project by project basis.
